Where are you located?
We are located at 350 Commercial Street on the outside edge of the North End. Be careful when using iPhones “Maps” App, specifically enter our address for correct directions. 350 Commercial St. Boston, MA 02109
I noticed another Segway Tour with a very similar name, is this Boston Segway Tours?
Do you charge for the photos you take on tour?
No, we do not! We are proud to take stunning photos of our guests during their tours as an added bonus to the price of your reservation.
Do you have a Freedom Trail tour?
What is the age requirement to ride a Segway?
You must be 14 years of age and weigh at least 100 lbs. This is due to city ordinance. We only need one I.D. per reservation of a participant that is 18 or older.
What about the weather?
We glide rain or shine! Yes, unless the state declares a State of Emergency in the County - specifically Boston - then we ride!
What should I wear?
Wear clothes that match the weather, nothing too loose or hanging. We strongly encourage guest to not wear flip flops or high heels! Wear sunscreen, bring a bottle of water, and some sun glasses. Hats are not recommended since you must wear a helmet. You can bring your own or pick one out of our variety of sizes (small, medium, large, x-large).
What if I need to cancel my reservation?

Where can I park?
There is no on-site parking at our location. There is pay-parking either by meters on the surrounding streets or in parking garages / lots close by. Sorry for any inconvenience. The cheapest parking around us is Sargent's Wharf Parking Lot, just a block or so away across the street from us. If you decide to take the T, use the Blue Line to the Aquarium T Stop.
What about vouchers?
How about camera's, cell phones, etc. ?
You are not allowed to use any type of electronic device while on the Segway. No texting, calling, photo taking, email. Nothing! So as an added bonus to your tour, our Tour Guides work hard to take great pictures of your group or family to ensure your safety. So please if you enjoyed your glide please tip your guide, he or she is working hard for you to enjoy your vacation or holiday.
Should I come before the scheduled time?
If I feel I am not physically fit enough to ride, should I still book a reservation?
How many people can ride together?
City regulations state we need to keep a 6/1 ratio of riders per tour guide. We can accommodate to any size party you have, but once your group reaches a size of seven (7) or more and you wish to all ride out together, then you will be charged a group rate. If your group is seven (7) or more and you do not mind if your group gets split up between different tour guides, it can be any size you wish, but remember your group is subject to be split up in groups of 6 and be sent out with different tour guides at different times - even if you all leave for the same exact tour.
Are there lockers available?
Yes! Keep in mind the Segways have fairly large bags on them that can store typical items such as phones, most purses, hats, etc... But we also have lockers available, free to use!
Is there an age or weight limit?
Yes. When it comes to age, typically riders should be about 14 years of age or older. The most important factor is the riders weight, as riders must weigh between 99 - 300 lbs to ride a Segway. Otherwise, it could be unsafe or cause damage to the Segway.
Is there a restroom available on the premise?
Yes! We have a bathroom available for our customers only.
